Introduced in 2001 and redesigned recently in 2007 the Hyundai Santa Fe is a popular SUV. When you own one of these, no matter the year, you could experience a blown fuse at some time. If this happens, it's easy to replace the fuse on your own in just minutes.

Instructions

    1

Turn off your Santa Fe to work with the fuses. Find your fuse box on the driver's side under the steering column.

    2

Open the fuse box cover and look at the listing inside. Here you see the location of every fuse in that particular box. As an example, the fuse for the cruise control is found in slot 4.

    3

Remove the fuse and look at the wire inside to verify it's blown, represented by a melted or split wire.

    4

Push a new fuse of the same rating into the open spot. In the example stated in Step2 the cruise control has a 10 amp fuse rating.

    5

Close the fuse box cover and restart your Hyundai Santa Fe. Check the new fuse to verify it works.
