The Pontiac Grand Am fuel pump is electric so you should check its fuses and relays before looking at the fuel pump itself. If your fuel tank is not empty but your engine is still having trouble getting fuel, you may need to clean or replace your fuel pump The Pontiac Grand Am's variety of styles may determine the replacement fuel pump you choose.

The next generation of the Pontiac Grand Am was made from 1985 to 1991 and was equipped with 2.3 L, 2.4 L, 2.5 L and 3.0 L engines.
