Keep your Chrysler Sebring safe with working signal lights, especially when they are so easy to replace yourself. Let other drivers know exactly when you are about to make a turn to avoid accidents or the cost of a ticket. The small price of a turn signal light bulb and a little do-it-yourself time is all it takes.

Instructions

    1

Open the hood. All of the bulbs for the Sebring are inside the headlight cover, or housing, mounted to the front outside of the car. You take it off by removing the two mounting screws found above the light housing when you lift the hood. Pull the headlight cover away from the car just enough for some working room.

    2

Locate the electrical connector, also called the bulb socket, for the turn signal. It is the connector that is the closest to the outer side of the headlight housing. Turn the socket counter clockwise about a fourth turn to take it out of the housing. Pull the bulb out of the connector socket.

    3

Push a new signal light bulb in the connector socket. Use bulb number 3157AK unless the owner's manual for your Sebring's model year lists another bulb. Purchase these at any auto parts store.

    4

Twist the electrical connector socket back into the headlight housing clockwise to put it back into place. Close the hood. Turn on the car and test the turn signal to make sure it now works.
