Changing a power mirror on all model years of the Chrysler Town & Country is a task done quite easily at home. Order a replacement power mirror and disconnect your battery before removing the old mirror and replacing it.
Instructions
Remove Old Mirror

Open the side door to the Chrysler Town & Country, and find the screw that holds the side mirror molding in place.
2Take the screw out and remove the molding panel that attached around the outside of the power mirror.
3Remove the bolts connecting the mirror to the door assembly. If equipped, unplug the power side view mirror wiring harness connector.
4Unplug the electric connectors, and pull the mirror out of the molding.
Install New Mirror

Connect the electrical power mirror to the power source before putting the mirror back on the side door.
6Put the new side view mirror into position on the Chrysler Town & Country. Attach the top and bottom mounting bolts. Secure them tightly into place.
7Install the molding around the mirror, and tighten the screw that holds it in place.
